Hi, I am also a Sam and aiming to eat 1800 calories a day. I don't pay attention to macros so I am not much help there. You may find some great meals under the recipe forum or nutrition. Good luck on your journey.

If I feel I need something I have almonds or a greek yogurt 30-45 minutes before a run. For after my run I eat something protein-filled within 20 minutes of me getting home. I find my recovery is so much better. That could be another greek yogurt, eggs, tuna etc.

Are you eating the same thing more than once? Try entering it as a meal or as a recipe so it's always saved. I get it though. Sometimes I just add it all up and then input it using quick add. Pre logging has helped me in the past.

I have a Fitbit Charge 3. Overall I like it. It does what I want it to do (track resting heart rate, steps and exercise). It has a known syncing issue. I just deal with it. I was really surprised when I first got my fitbit in February. I was hitting 10K by 1 Mon-Fri. Now that school is out They've dropped significantly. So, I'm still a sloth but only in the summer :)

Our gym options around here are pretty slim pickings and I believe all of them have that the child must be 10 to use some of the equipment, 16 for most of it. Just something to look into. That's great that you are able to help others. I gave mine to the food pantry through my children's school. Though wouldn't you know it, 5 years post-hysterectomy I found two small boxes of tampons shoved under a basket of hair ties and barrettes. I swear I clean my bathroom. Not sure how those were missed. LOL.
