I've been weighing 2-3 times a month. I'm not a person who could weight every day and forget to weigh in weekly. So I try to weigh on the first of the month and around the middle of the month.

Hi. I have over 100 pounds to lose. I work school hours/days which is nice but my oldest has a rare neurological disorder. Therapies and everyday life control most of my available time but I try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. I figure a 30-minute treadmill run is better than nothing. Feel free to add me.

I have set a reward for every 5 pounds lost. Just things that I typically would not get or do for myself due to time or not wanting to spend the money. Things such as a manicure or pedicure, new book, HarryPotter Blender bottle (come on 30 pounds lost!), a bath bomb from Lush etc.

Hi everyone. I too have over 100 pounds to lose. I started at 250 and am now at 240. I am looking to hit between 130 and 140. I am so tired of starting over and being unhappy and unhealthy.

Hi. I started in fall with a little over 100 pounds to lose. Currently 240 and would like to drop to 135-140. I have been exercising 3-5 times a week. More water and less pop.
