Go to the classes at the gym, they are typically high in cardio so the weight jus slides off for me personally. I’m terrible at following instructions and hate feeling like an idiot.. but that feeling only lasts a class, and no one is making fun of you, they’re usually too tired to worry about anything but themselves.…
