hi I'm Pescatarian 10% of the time Vegetarian 90%. 5'7 and 190lbs When I last checked about 2 mos ago. I threw the scale out...lol. My goal is 160/150lbs. I workout now 5 days a week for 1hr. 2miles speed walk and i lift weights.
