I agree ~ you probably did not burn that many, so don't eat that many. The safest & most reliable bet is a heart rate monitor. Also a mom of three. It's hard to find the time, but you have to find the time to work out. It might be early in the morning or late at night, but it has to be fit in somewhere. Even if it's just a brisk walk to start. Good luck!!
