  • I have the Fitbit Charge and love it. Battery lasts ages and it can track a variety of workouts and it does auto-track. However you cannot swim with it, so I would log that separately then.

  • Haha same here - those type of bars, cereal bars, are just lethal for me, I'd eat the full box and my stomach will be all bloaty and sore afterwards as well. So I'm no longer buying them. I'm struggling with snacks anyway, find it hard to limit myself. A yoghurt would be ok though, or one or two boiled eggs.

  • No, it will sync your calorie burn and the step count - so it's there, but the actual type of exercise will not show up on the Newsfeed here.
