I’m happy to see this drop after thanksgiving anyways... I will keep up with the daily posts now. I love the idea of taking pics of food and sharing!! :)

_ecofeminist October Week 1 PW: 145 CW:146 Going over my calorie limit yesterday was not a good thing before my weight in day but it’s a good kick in the butt to show me I need to stay consistent if I want to see some progress. So motivated for week two! 👊

Wednesday Track: ..no Calories: ..no, over Exercise: yes At least I got the exercise... hoping that this is the only time this happens this month. I was stress eating! So my goal will be to meditate at least 5minutes at the start of every day for this next week to reduce this. Tomorrow is a new day!

Hi all! I’m Josie, 24, and I’m so excited to have some people to hold me accountable. I plan on listening to my body by being mindful in my eating and through a lot of self love. My calorie goal per day is <1500. Calories don’t include workouts right? I like getting in my daily exercise too! Also.. I’m new to this group…
