Awh thanks @SLIMn2016 the IF/OMAD is going well actually. My first experience was the worst so far. Now I just try and keep busy and having coffee/ tea has been a LIFESAVER. Sometimes I think I just need to have some sort of taste in my mouth or something... so drinking tea and coffee seems to do the trick. ❤️

I’m in! My plan is 1400 calories/day of nutrient dense food, with 2 days in each week as OMAD (this can be no more than 2000 calories if needed.) I've come to realize.. I am so bad at chewing my food. Also got this chart from my natural nutritionist. She said that I eat too many foods high in acid and I should be aiming for more alkaline foods to make my stomach acid balanced because I have some leaky gut issues. She said 60-70% alkaline and the rest acid.. I didn’t even know this was a thing. I thought I should share!
