Track: Yes
Calories: Yes. OMAD, sortof by accident.
Exercise:Yes, 90 mins weight training.
Comments: Super happy with how my workout turned out today. I felt super strong and didn't miss a single lift! It's a great feeling leading into the last 2 weeks of training before the big day. Hopefully the trend continues.
Oh and sadly, my dishwasher bit me. Okay, so it didn't actually bite me, I'm just clumsy, and I was trying to put away my clean dishes and tried to walk around it and somehow I hit my shin on the corner of it and I didn't really think anything of it until after I stirred my husband's dinner and looked down to see a trail of blood...so that was fun to deal with, and soon to be fun to shave with...just saying.
Yikes, that sounds painful 😬 I hope you are doing ok!1 -

@melbe159 It IS really hard to do, especially when you first start it, but it does get easier, you do get used to it over time, and it's really the foundation of successful weight loss. Hang in there, you got this!1 -

Oh no--- I hope your shin better today. I am Queen of smashing into everything, especially since I've lost weight---it's like a don't know how far my elbows and knees go--where they end?? LOL I smash my knee on the lateral trainer while I'm riding it all the time and (just always have a bruised knee) and the elbows on the arc trainer.... <insert Homer Simpson "DOH!!!">1 -

I didn’t do well today I tracked through lunch and then ended up eating a giant bowl of popcorn and a donut. I blame PMS and a sick kiddo but I know I still need to choose to do better despite that. Wish me luck for tomorrow!3

So far I haven’t had gluten, processed sugar or lactose this month... ok it’s only been 6 days but still! I’m happy. I’m gonna keep this train rolling for the rest of the month. It’s pretty much the whole 30 but I am having beans and legumes still. My stomach is significantly less bloated since cutting those out it’s ammaazzzeee.5 -
