    Thanks, Nance. He's a pistol. 30 mins of walking the neighborhood and he was done. Said his costume was too hot.

    Calories: Probably not, OMAD though, I ate quite a bit more than I meant to, stress ate lunch
    Exercise:65 mins weight training

    Comments: I'm trying to shake today off. I trained 65 minutes and accomplished nothing. Got 3 good jerks and no good cleans in. I am going to get up early and lift light until I"m happy with them, and then after work I'm going to redo today's workout until I'm happy with it. It's crunch time and I AM going to do this.

    @AB0215 Good for you, Ashley. I also didn't have a good day lifting yesterday. Increased dumbbells by 5 lbs each for the Apex workout and my trainer got on my butt a couple times for getting sloppy on technique and just going thru the motions. I was rushing just to get it done. I'm finding out if I'm not mentally ready and fully focused, it's not going to be a good workout. Tomorrow is Old School lifting, I better have my head right.

    @jcgator2016 Form is important for any strength related activity. If you don't use proper form, you can hurt yourself for one, but you're not really getting the most out of your training if you don't. For Olympic lifts, form is especially important, at best, you will miss the lift, at worst, you can seriously hurt yourself, seen so many videos of olympic lifting gone wrong...and it's scary.

    Comments: I feel pretty good about yesterday. Didn't overdo the candy. Had only a couple pieces. I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning so I'm not sure how it affected my weight yet or if I went down or up. It's okay though. I will definitely also be under calories today as well so hopefully we go down tomorrow.

    Exercise: No, rest day....just a short walk with Goldie tonight

    Comment: Went a bit over my usual fasting calories tonight--oooops. Hoping it won't make a difference in the morning when I weigh in, still under. Hoping to lose 3.7 or more this month.... would like to be 10-15lbs lighter ultimately.

    Exercise: Zumba! Glad to get back to class now that my feet are better!

    Goal is to keep increasing my exercise again! Have been very hungry this week and eating too many high cal snacks even though staying under calorie wise. Also been eating out often, so sneak peak yesterday did not look good! Hoping for just a small gain tomorrow!

    Comments: Decided to make up for yesterday when I sort of went nuts, fasting today, and by the time I eat tomorrow, it will probably be about 48 hours...hopefully it helps, my weight's been up this week and it needs to be down...crossing fingers that it's enough to combat my mishaps this week...and I made up for yesterday'r terrible workout, nailed it today. Got up early and did 30 mins of light cleans just to practice, then after work hit the workout from yesterday again and it was good. Now I just need to get rid of the extra lbs!
