Took my daughter to see “A Star is Born” and it was great. MSV: I only bought a small popcorn with a little butter. My normal is the jumbo refillable tub slathered in butter! Felt good to enjoy a little but not go crazy! Have a great weekend all! 😄

No scale victory - but I’ve been doing weights 4x a week - lost and inch on hips and 1/2 on waist. Arms are looking leaner and i can see an outline of the abs!
Seems sept was all lbs and this month is inches. Still have a layer of fat to get off here and there..- I’ll have to do some serious fat burning here. Hmmmm

Exercise:No intentional exercise, but a lot of walking
Comments: So I decided to take today as a day off, I had to run some errands in the morning, had to work at noon, and my mom won me concert tickets, so there wasn't a lot of time today where I was free, so I decided one day wouldn't kill me, well it might actually be helpful since I've been working so hard at being perfect. I woke up with a pretty crazy headache, so I thought I should slow down a bit.
I skipped tracking, ate 3 meals, the 3rd one wasn't intentional but I was super hungry at midnight and decided to make it up with a 36 hour fast, which I've been wanting to do anyway...and I even had drinks ( all of which still keto).
Now it's back to work! No more "fun" days until my competition!4 -
True confessions: posted I was just slightly over but had a late night snack of a pack of nutragrain bars! ☹️. Feel better coming clean, but I agree with @melbe159 — Weekends are hard!
I did the same thing Chris---last night I went berserk --- I had such a perfect eating day--- and then I broke my fasting window and had chips, chocolate, bites of my boys dinners---couldn't even log it all---GAAAAH!!

Overslept. There was a bike marathon around Manhattan today - getting to work was crazy. My bougainvillea tree fell over on my patio - got attacked by 100 thorns, guess i will look at that and laugh in 2 days. Lol
Last day of a project that i can’t wait to have over. Will dance later tonight!
