Thank you for this outlet of support. I need to cut back on alcohol which will help with weight loss and overall health. Even if I could just have zero drinks during the week that would be a victory.

Yes thanks. Day 5 and my energy came back a lot. Still lingering effects and don't have much wind when I try to do some things but I think I'm definitely on the mend. I wish the best to all going through this!

I do feel like my breathing is beginning to get compromised. Not surprised as this is a hallmark of the virus.

Ya I want to eat while I'm drinking, after I'm drinking, and the next day for sure. Worst part though is working out the next day. What a struggle. It's a battle. Yep.

My wife said I better change my pants --- they looked like they were going to fall off! I'm starting to be able to wear my smaller sizes. Progress is going in the right direction for sure.
