Not sure if this is relevant but I personally always seem to have the urge to eat and eat and eat so instead I’ll have a cup of tea or recently I’ve discovered Metamucil which I’ll have occasionally. Lol I know this was posted awhile Go but I didn’t see anyone mention oat fiber or psyllium husk.
