If you are truly not hungry, maybe its boredom. I have plenty to keep me occupied once I get home (mostly cleaning) and use that to keep my mind off of food. Also, try to have foods that help keep you full longer. That is the best advice I can give!

When I couldn't do it on my own anymore (tried almost everything) I joined a private group gym. They kick my butt every single time. My gym offers HIIT and lift days so I get a little of everything. It's great and really was the answer to the rut that I was in. Good luck.

I have a weight app but I don't use it as often as I should. I am more used to writing down my weight in my planner. I'll start using the app more. Thank you all for your input! This wasn't for me to announce a certain number to the world, it was for myself and my own accomplishments.

It has been easier to maintain this calorie counting lifestyle this time around and the only real difference has been eating my exercise cals back. The first two weeks I didn't and I was losing weight way too fast. Now, it is at a steady pace but I am happy and full of energy (unless I lack sleep).

Salads and sandwiches are my go to. I rarely have enough leftovers but when I do it's a nice break from the usual.

I hear it is easier to workout with tampons compared to pads. I only wear pads, so if its the first 1-2 days of my period I opt out of the gym mainly because my training sessions requires a lot of jumping. I don't get cramps, normally.

I bought my husband the Jabra Elite Active 65t Alexa Enabled True Wireless Sports Earbuds off of Amazon and he absolutely loves them. Can't leave home without them. He thought people with Airpods on looked funny (and I agreed). Ha!

Are you consuming a large portion of empty calories everyday? I'd try to eat more nutrient dense foods and limit yourself to 1-2 snacks a day, if possible. How would I go about doing that? Just keep track of the cals I don't eat during the week? Cause I would like to eat more on the weekends but I normally do most of my working out during the week.

So I was hoping that for the first week I would just track to see what I was working with. My NET cals for Monday was 1167 and intake for Tuesday (didn't workout) was 1747.
