I am back on MFP after being gone for a while. 2 years ago, using MFP, I lost 50 lbs, but due to stress eating and losing focus I gained it all back. So disappointed in myself, but I know I have it in me to do it again. I love the motivation MFP gives me and you are welcome to friend me so I can help motivate you too!

This is usually from 6 to 830 pm. Too late to eat dinner at home by then. I go to bed at 930 usually because i have to get up early for my job.

I eat a package of maple and brown sugar oatmeal every morning. Some mornings i put chopped apples and walnuts in it.

Low fat half and half. You can use 4 tbsp and its only 40 cals!

I have started baking chicken thighs. Tonight was boneless skinless chicken thighs with cooked carrots. I also like to cook a lot of stir fry.

I like 1/4 of a cup of omega 3 trail mix( its got walnuts, cranberries, pecans, pumpkin seeds and pistachios) paired with a small apple. Total is around 135 calories. Or a light string cheese (50 cals) and a cup of carrots( 35 cals) If im craving chocolate, they have 100 cal packs of cookies that are good.
