I do 30 minutes of running on a treadmill then I lift weights probably because I don't want lose skin on my body and recently I found this great workout app this really kills my body and I love it.

@livingleanlivingclean I know it's hard and you're right, I have to do something extreme to lose that amount of weight in 3 months. But if I eat healthy and only eat 1 time a day, with a few healthy snacks in a day and keep my calories in take to 1000, mixed with some good amount of exercise, maybe not exactly 34 pounds…
