I don't know how many calories I was eating before and what I'm eating now ? I've cut all the cakes and junk food out and gone straight to the high protein low carbs to lose weight hoping it works ?

Also I'm drinking the shakes like 3 times a day with snacks inbetween like tuna .eggs etc
