Im not a big breakfast person AND the things I do like for breakfast I shouldnt eat ..pancakes..donuts..muffins..biscuits.. So I skip breakfast and go straight for lunch..just have coffee in the morning and it works well for me

I have a lot of reasons including i just had my 4th child ...8 mths ago.. But the pettiest reason I have is to get smaller than my sister in law who only has 1 child lol! ... I know thats super petty but I mean it and in going to do it!

Check out the keto diet...bread/carbs/sugar cause cravings ...I was a sugar-holic! Candy cookies bread cake just sweets period and I was always craving... Started keto.. No craving not even hungry at all most of the time .. If you want more info on it check out Dr Eric Berg on YouTube lots of videos on the subject

My husband is doing it with me (kind of lol) he is 6'5 280.. If he skips breakfast he loses 10 lbs..lol... He is that type so he cheats and is not as strict as I am but he can afford to cheat. I told him he is not allowed to bring any cheat meals in this house so he eats his pizza or whatever at work. Its working for us…

Keto is working for me!! I like the foods I am able to eat and the way I feel! Try it for a month and see if it works for you... You will never know until you try it yourself.. I would recommend going to YouTube and check out keto connect ..dr berg and kuttin up keto ...see what you think!

Hello you don't need any supplements or keto pills if u keep your carbs under 20g you will get into ketosis within 2 days... Get some keto strips to testing for ketones in your urine ( they have them at most drug stores) ...get some swerve (artificial sweeteners) if u need a little sugar in your coffee.. Eat fatty meats…
