One of my friends sometimes gets this problem too, she also has bipolar- maybe it could have something to do with the high and low moods? They could possibly have an impact on your appetite. Hope you find a solution soon :smile:

This is fantastic advice!!! Especially doing a craft activity that you enjoy- even if you're not an expert, it can be so calming to work on a craft project like painting, drawing, sewing, crocheting, knitting etc. :smile:

Hugs!! Coffee can help suppress your appetite, and sometimes chewing gum can too. :) although chewing gum can cause wind and bloating it is really helpful if you're tempted to binge eat
