Just to add to what I wrote on this thread in August, I started to count calories properly and cut out all high calorie fizzy drinks/Energy drinks. I’ve progressed from my 5llb loss last time which I thought was a huge amount at the time, and am down by 2 stone and some change. 1 more stone to go until I get to my original…

Actually started logging my calories rather than trying to out-train a bad diet. 5llbs down in 12 days, proving where I have went wrong in the past when trying to lose weight. :)
