So I need to loose the fat first then work on muscle? I just need some guidance that’s all. So far I have not gotten that. I already do that, I actually love to jog but can’t right now because I have a bone spur and plantar fasciitis. At this time waiting for it to heal 😩. I also go to the gym and do cardio and lift weights. I got the basics down but thanks for the help.

I’m at planet fitness and I enjoy it, it’s affordable as well. Don’t know much about YMCA tho but planet fitness has all the machines I need to make goal and I’m trying to get fit.

Yah but I want to track my sets and reps so I can see my results. I just wish there was a quick way to do it. My goal is to loose the weight and become fit but I also want to see the progress I have made over time.

I see what your saying and already do that, I thought you meant an app from the MFP. I don’t like doing that because I have difficulty trying to fine certain things. It’s all good, thanks anyways.

Wow!!! That’s great that you can do that. I need to go at least 4 times a week but my energy level is not there yet. I also love to jog outdoors, more then going to the gym. Trying to tone up and loose some weight.

To loose weight and be toned. I’m 5’9 and weigh 190 which is horrible! I love to be at 155 or less and easily fit in clothing and look good in pics.

I need to loose 33 lbs, a healthy weight for my height would be 163 or a little less like 155. A pound each week seems reasonable enough to me but like I said I’m stuck in the one sport, I guess I’ll have to be patient lol, such a pain.
