  • I LOVE Jillian Michaels and do the 30 day shred first thing in the morning Mon-Fri, her Yoga Meltdown Mon, Weds and Fri evenings and her No more trouble zones on a Saturday and Sunday. Still seeing results and live the way my body's changing! Might have to look into the P90, I've never heard of that...🤔
