  • The problem I have with Keto is that not only does it limit carbs to 20 grams a day but it limits you on things that are good for your heart, liver, kidneys, etc. Crucible vegetables are good for your liver but one serving of something like Brussel Sprouts is almost 6 grams of carbs. A cup and a half of spinach is 3 grams.…
