5 foot 3 here, sedentary losing half pound per week. Mfp has me on 1540 calories a day and it's been working slowly but surely for the last month. I'm 11 stone 10 pounds aiming for 9 to 10 stone.

I have mine set for half a pound per week. Its working. Sometimes a little faster than that. Slow is sustainable for me so I'll keep tipping away at it, half stone by half stone until I reach my goal. So far I'm 4 pounds down from a month ago. My mini goals are breaking my weight loss into a stone at a time to lose about 3 stone in total. Also every time I go up a kg in dumbells it feels like a mini goal achieved. I'm at 3kg but aiming for 5kg or more.

I'd have eggs fried in butter, on avocado toast with plenty of salt and a bit of nandos hot sauce, potato's and mixed veg with lots of salt and butter and for something sweet I'd have my boyfriends homemade butter cookies. Hmmmm.... I just really want butter😋
