I only hate the scales when I'm losing control with food. Otherwise, yeah it's a useful tool for once a week weigh ins to keep track.

Breakfast: special K, milk, blueberries. Lunch: Quorn cheese abd Brocolli Escalope, frozen mixed veg, baked potato, hot sauce, reduced fat cheese on top melted. Dinner: homemade brownies! Very bold, I know😉 I don't do this everyday! Lots of lovely cups of tea and coffee throughout the day.

Big. Thighs very big. My calves are big even when I lose weight. Muscly calves are a thing in my family. I'm 5 foot 3 and proud of them. Sorry I didn't really answer your post I just wanted to share that even though I want to lose weight I've accepted I will still be this shape when I do and that's very much OK with me.

4 days trying keto did that to me. I was OK as soon as I stopped restricting my diet though. I think my body got a shock! Its scary though, right? Hope it resolves for you soon.

Don't feel guilty. Staying at home during a pandemic to work out is contributing to society in a big way. Dumbells are awesome. Look up Hasfit on YouTube for workouts. Coach Kozak and Claudia will murder you (in a good way!) Plus having your own equipment is cheaper than the gym in the long run😊

I already posted but I just want to put this here because I think it needs to be talked about more openly: Sex has become easier and better. People shouldn't be ashamed to talk about this stuff. It's an important part of life for most people.
