Thank you for doing this! This will be my first time taking part in a challenge. I love the ten day time frame, especially at this time of year. It is a manageable chunk of time. Like many people here, I have been dealing with all my life. Fortunately, I have lost and kept off over 40lbs for over twenty years, but I stillβ¦
