5’1/38. I started at 176 in March and weighed in this AM at 150. My goal weight is 135-140 but my dream weight is 118. It’s a dream weight bc I have never been that low and can’t imagine it to be real for me.

I want to do this! I’m 5’2 and around 1,300 calories. How do I add you guys so we can diaries?

I’m doing it and almost done! I could only keep up with two things: water intake and what I gave up (all sweets, candy, cookies, dessert etc) the matter has been hard but it almost over. Hope it went well for you too!!
