  • Try to make time for breakfast in the morning even if its just grabbing a banana. All that walking around at school and activities burns calories from yesterday if you havent ate anything. You have to eat more than you burn. I suggest you download sparkteen because the calories here that MFP suggests are for adults.…

  • Yes, I’m a bit underweight. Putting on about 4-5 pounds would do me some good. A few days throughout the week, I’ll go on a jog or a walk because exercise is important for health. However, I’m not that big on exercise. My body is quite muscular despite no weight lifting.
