Like the OP. I've read a lot of reviews about the 2 local discount gyms. I have issues with any company that won't take full payment up front via cash/debit for their goods or services.

Some of the cricket protein bars aren't too bad either. Would definitely use cricket powder. Bit pricey the last time I checked though.

Everyday is day one. When you get back you weigh in and go from there. A vacation is supposed to be a break from everyday stress. A time to regroup and come back stronger and ready to face life's realities. Just focus on fun and enjoy yourself.

Yeah we all know simple motivation and good intentions will keep the weight off. Ask anyone in the hundreds of "starting again" threads posted everyday. No-one "plans" to gain weight back. But in the "real world" it can happen. What you do with your clothes is your business. I'd actually have to be two people to care less.

You get your 1200 to 1500 +/- calorie a day grocery bag. Fill it with whatever you like. There's no need to "cheat". I had Chinese for dinner and I'm still not over my calorie count for the day. Even if you do step off the path once in a while just get back your plan the next day. Eating 800 calories a day will backfire…
