  • I'm at 1918 days. I started at 270lbs and I got down to about 215lbs in about 6 months, but I'm afraid that didn't last. I went up again to 252lbs but I'm headed back down and I'm at 239lbs now and still working it every day to reach my goals. I'm 72 years old and I try to walk at least a couple of miles 4-5 days a week.
