Switched dr pepper for 2l water, (one 500ml bottle a week now as a treat). I also stopped adding sugar to my coffee and made 3 of my 5 daily cups black, so cut out some milk cal too.

I totally relate, I had lost 85lbs through intense daily cardio and calorie restricting in 2012/2013, had two daughters very close in age, so was pregnant for most of 2014,2015,2016, managed to gain it all back. I'm in. I have 2 preschoolers so my house is always full of treats over the holidays (hot chocolate, cookies, cakes, sweets etc lol)... I want to lose 20lbs by march so if I binge over the holidays it will really set me back. Also, I have 4 furbabies too, a dog and 3 cats :D

Once my kids are asleep, and I finally sit down to watch netflix, I get the urge to binge on crappy food. I resist it most days but have the odd day where I cave in, I just try to do better the other days to do some damage control. Its so hard!

I can relate, my 2 are 3 year old need extra calories, and my other half is athletic and struggles to gain weight. I often make my meals separate and lower calorie. Its hard though as there's always some high cal food temptation in the house.
