I love coffee mate creamer specifically the vanilla, so I know your pain. I stitched to half and half but I really missed the vanilla flavor. So I witched back to CoffeeMate vanilla but the sugar free option. I’m much happier now. Vanilla 1Tbsp 35 cals Half & half 2 Tbsp 40 cals Sugar free Vanilla 1 Tbsp 15 cals

I do suffer from sinus issues, so I’ll keep an eye on that. I also try to be accurate with with my logging but admittedly I do “eyeball” it from time to time. So I’ll do better with that. Not really. I usually get super sleepy those days before. I’d trade food for sleep around that time.

On average I eat 1500-1700 daily. My allowance is 1700 but I try to stay below as much as possible but I usually stay at 1500.

I put it on my Christmas wish list last year. If my daughter doesn’t buy me one this year, I’ll buy my own. I loved biking!

I’m currently satisfying my chocolate cravings with Hersey’s dark chocolate miniatures. They have a bag with dark chocolate, crisps and peanut (like a goodbar) and 5 miniatures are 200cals! I have about 2 every night and the keep the edge off!
