There have been some studies on IF that showed more benefits than just decreased caloric intake. Listen to Dr Rhonda Patrick for some really useful info. For me, keto worked very well for the first 6 weeks or so, then I plateaud. I started doing IF, and it made me break through. I’m down over 30lbs in about 3 months.

I’m on month 3 of keto (been kinda lazy lately on logging my food). There’s definitely a transition period for the first couple of weeks. Just be ready for the “keto flu.” But it’s working very well for me. I’m down about 30lbs so far. Feel free to message me if you have questions!
