Yaaasssss! I couldn't agree more. It's not realistic (for most of us) to think that we are going to live the rest of our lives never eating junk food, fast food, ice cream, etc. Make room for those occasional treats and I think one would have more success not less.

I say think outside the box! You don't have to eat just "breakfast" food... you could have leftover grilled chicken, or meatballs, chicken & veggie soup, steak... the possibilities are endless. :)
