  • Did I exercise? No. 🙈 Did I track everything? Yes. Did I stay under budget? No... 7 calories over. Not too bad I don't think. I was planning on exercising. Tomorrow's meals are planned and logged. All I need to do is follow them. I am determined to see a loss next week as well! No more yo-yo-ing!
  • It's just the name of an at home workout program. It's through the company Beachbody but quite similar to any Jillian Michaels type of workout dvd.
  • Did I exercise? Yes. 21 Day Fix workout and nearly two hours of heavy gardening. Did I stay within budget? Yes. The exercise helped a lot. Did I log everything? Yes.

  • @BonnieHosk85 Same here. I didn't lose anything in most of May and June. 😬 Did I exercise? Kind of. I did quite a bit of swimming at the beach. Did I track everything? Yes. Did I stay under budget? Yes. Now off to plan my meals for tomorrow so I can stay on track again. :)

  • Oh shoot, it's a holiday here (Canada day) and I completely forgot to weigh in today. Could I permanently move my weigh in day to Tuesdays? I will post my weight tomorrow! I'm dealing with some digestive issues paired with holiday bbqs so it won't be pretty. :(

  • Did i exercise for 20 min? No :neutral: ran errands all morning and my youngest was sick in the afternoon and was very clingy. Within budget? No. I counted on those exercise calories. Tracked everything? Yes!

  • I try to fill up my belly. Drink a full glass of water, eat 1-2 cups of veggies (love cucumbers!) and then some popcorn.

  • 20 minutes of exercise? No, but I did spend the majority of the day outdoors which involved more physical movement than usual. Within calorie budget? No, but still in weightloss range Tracked everything? Yes!
