I'm sorry! I was supposed to weigh in on Saturday, but I fell off the rails and didn't check my weight on the weekend π¬π« Is it best for me to send in tomorrow's weight to fill that spot (it likely won't be pretty) or should I just skip this week and resume Saturday weigh ins?

Yoga is a great idea. It takes a while to get the swing of it, but it is effective. Another option I can think of would be water aerobics as it's very gentle on the joints yet challenging.
