Exercise: Yes, Ring Fit Adventure Kickstart day 17, Leg Day, glutes and ladders. (Day 16 was a rest day). Did the playlist twice, though lowered the reps of the squats on the second run through, 28 minutes total. Also took a 48 minute walk earlier in the day.
Yay for a three day weekend! Tomorrow will be a bit more stress at work but shall survive. The extra day off to mostly relax was needed.0 -

Went to a musical, first time in two years… we did try going to one several weeks ago only to find out it had been canceled once we got there.
I was pretty anxious with the recent COVID surge but we’ve gotten our booster, wore our masks the whole time and didn’t want the tickets to go to waste(we have second row season tickets). During the show itself I was able to forget my anxiety and loved being able to see a live production again, the cast was great.
It is so nice to put aside all the anxiety of Covid and do something we enjoy. So glad you were able to do something you love.annacop1671 wrote: »Daily post: Saturday

I'm having a love/hate relationship with my new scale. I got on it and it said 233.4. . . .But I still like seeing all the different stats and the trends this new scale gives me, so I'm not ready to abandon it just yet. I'm pretty sure the number was a little lower this week because I have been eating less and getting outside more. Gotta keep going that direction! I was excited to realize this is only week 2! Wishing you all a good week 3!!
That is the thing about different scales. When I first got back on track last May and then went to see my Bariatric doctor her scale was 25lbs different and I thought my scale was wrong but turns out it was her scale. So I totally get it and told my doctor I will go by my scale regardless.1 -
Don’t know if anyone else has this issue, but I can’t wait until I can put lotion all over my back again. There is one sport I can’t seem to get no matter what I do since I gained some weight back these last couple years.
