@vicky2767 Thank you for the kind words. I really needed to hear that today. I started it really to document it but now it's becoming a way to keep myself focused on my goals because it makes it more real and I really want to expand it but finding more time to devote to it is also hard.

Comments: Had a good couple of days, really focusing on the behaviors, rather than the outcome as I have to believe the results will follow if I keep doing the things I need to do to get there.

Exercise: Yes, Yes, ringfit adventure kickstart 2.0 day 12, Cardio. Did 24 minutes in Rhythm mode then went for a 44 minute walk outside. I strongly dislike Rhythm mode as I have none, but atleast did the minimum time recommended in it to try.

Already got my labs back from yesterday and today. My triglycerides are now just 10 points(or whatever measurement they use) higher than the normal range, down almost 300 points from 8 months ago! My cholesterol was in the normal range last time but is also lower this time including my good cholesterol oddly enough. Will have to talk to dr and read up a bit on what is needed to improve that. blood sugar wasn’t tested this time, so not sure if my insulin resistance has improved or not. Everything else seems good to my untrained eye, will see what my dr says when I see her next week.

I know I still have a ways to go but it is encouraging to see more proof that the efforts I have made so far are improving my health. It gives me an extra boost to keep going.

My husband went to the market yesterday. When he came home he said he was going to buy ice cream but knows it’s my weakness and has noticed I have not been having dessert after dinner very often since New Years. So he decided not to buy it.

    Weigh-in day Thursday
    January Week 2
    PW: 472.8
    CW: 475.3

    Goal Comments:
So disappointing I know but not dwelling on it. I have already started back on track so moving on. My new goals as of today; 10,000 steps daily (part of Healthy Wage Sled the steps $$) and 4 sessions of Hasfit Chair Workout. If I do 2 workouts back to back and 900 steps every hour I can do this.

Getting those 7 to 8hrs sleep is so hard but important when changing to a healthier lifestyle. Hope you feel well rested in the AM
