My plans for the day got shifted, so I didn’t start on any homework till almost 6pm when I went to my local Starbucks. I sat at the table for several minutes, trying to breathe through a panic attack, before I went to order my drink. When a barista asked how my day was, I said not that great because I had a lot on my mind. She was kind and caring, something I rarely see now in public. I ordered my tea from another barista, and before I could pay, the first barista comped my drink. She said if giving me a free drink could make my day a bit better, she’d gladly do that. My stress levels are through the roof, and I was in a lot of pain today, physically and emotionally. But that one kind gesture about made me cry. It reminds me that people do see you, they do care even when you might be struggling and feel alone.4 -

New rollator so going to town making new recipes.
Goji berry muffins:
1bs baking powder
1 cup oat flour
½ cup rolled oats
2 tbs apple cider
½ cup raisins
½ cup goji berries
¼ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbs maple syrup
⅓ cup trivia sweet
1 scoop of protein powder
3 tbs of ground chia seed
2 cups of plant base milk
Mixed together thoroughly and sit for 5 minutes
Use muffin Tim's and baked for 400° for 20 to 25 minutes
3 bean veggie burger:
2 cans Tri beans
Homemade curry seasoning
3 tbs of bbq sauce
1 tbs of worchestire sauce
1 tbs liquid smoke
2 cup rolled oats chopped
Mixed thoroughly and rolled into patties
Used Parchment paper in cooking sheet and baked on 400° for 10 minutes on each side
Vegetable nuggets:
Homemade curry seasoning
3 tbs of bbq sauce
1 tbs of worchestire sauce
1 tbs liquid smoke
1 cup almond flour
2 cups of pureed Vegetables
Mixed together thoroughly
Cooked 12 minutes on each side 400°

There are a few gems out there but when you run into them by chance it makes you appreciate things more. So glad that you ran into one. Hope this makes you feel a little less overwhelmed 🙏🏾❤🙏🏾❤🫂🫂🫂🫂1 -
