Last year friends of ours were doing a 5k in sept. Now my husband won’t run (he hates it) but my son agreed to do it with me. I used to run and thought it would get me back into it again. Well, it did not and I had to walk the whole thing. Which is ok I finished it. This year they changed the date of the 5k back to June so I think I might sign up. And decided to start “training” yesterday. The dog loved it. We did 44 min and went 2.5 miles. Felt kinda good.4 -
Tried to do a strength workout on the mirror this morning, but there was an update and now the mirror just has a blank screen. May have to call them. I’ll try again this afternoon first.
