    Exercise: No, rest day. Was going to have it be an active rest day and go for a walk but legs were still sore from yesterday and Pokemon Arceus was calling my name

    Goals/Comments so squeeze my 6 workouts in the morning due to getting my cortisone shots in both knees. Also realize that I need to consume my full 1500 instead of only 1200 or even 1300 which I really don't get as I thought less was better.🤔🤔🤔
