Haven’t posted here for while. My holiday over Easter was amazeballs, but I gained 18lbs!!! How is that even possible :( Lost 8 of it then went away last week and put it back on... Now I must find the motivation to lose it again before our next holiday at the end of August. Great to read the successes in this thread :)

My weigh in March 11th 157.4 lbs March 18th 155.8 lbs Goal 147 Managed 10000 steps everyday bar 1, but already messed this week up by only doing 8000 yesterday. Need to up my game! Aiming for 12000 today to catch up ;) Have a good week everyone!

My weigh in 157.4 lbs Goal 147 I’m doing ADF until our holiday, eating 600 calories on DD and around 1500 on UD. Need to move more too. I’ll aim for 10000 steps daily this week and gradually build up to 15000 a day over the coming weeks.

I’m going away for Easter, so only have 4 weeks to lose 10lbs....after that I’ll have the 30-40 lbs I gain on All Inclusive to lose for summer 😂 I’m in
