My tip would be try to stay strict keto for a couple months. Don’t even think about cheat meals until your fat adapted and know you will be able to get right back into ketosis and back on track right after. Don’t make a cheat meal a cheat day incorporate one thing into that meal and only a little bit like 1/2 a cup this…

I try to exercise 4-5 times a week mostly go hiking biking or use the treadmill I recently incorporated weights . I did plateau starting this year I just readjust my macros go back to total carbs or do a high carb day then a no carb or low carb. The weight is getting harder to drop since I’m nearing my goal weight

I’ve been doing keto for about 6 weeks now and I’m down 28lbs . You need to count calories and stay in your macros also be active . A lot of people eat as much as they want and don’t exercise but that’s lazy keto. You need to take on keto as a lifestyle change not a diet trust me it’s worth it.

I started keto a month ago and yes the first week was tuff but I’ve learned to love it been making everything at home from scratch . I make sure to log everything ahead of time before I eat to make sure I stay in my Macros and my calorie count. So far down 25lbs in 4 weeks.
