One other thing that I haven't seen in this thread, just because you're not losing weight doesn't mean you're not losing fat. When I plateau, I start measuring my waist, thighs, and arms to look for size reduction. You could simply be losing mass and fat, while transforming fat into muscle. Don't be discouraged, though. As…
