I had the same issue with chips. I just cut it out completely. No more chips. No more soda. It was hard, but it’s kinda like quitting smoking…hard at first but then it gets easier.

Track EVERYTHING you put in your mouth, even if it’s just a bite. You really won’t know what to fix until you have a honest pic of how much/what you’re eating. And don’t eat your exercise calories unless you are VERY active.

I’ve bought a few things…mostly pants and sweaters (bc I’m cold all the time now). I only buy things on sale or thrift stores

Lose weight, exercise, drink your water, and avoid salt. Then consider taking the meds

I usually have a shake and an apple or a banana. Gotta have a little bit of carbs and fiber

I've improved my blood pressure from high to normal!

Everyday this week I told myself to exercise and I would take a rest day on Friday. Then today I decided to go ahead and workout anyway. :) Its a step in the right direction.
