I call it an "addiction" but I know it is my body saying it is missing something nutrionally. I am struggle hard at making the right choices but am going to put 💯 into changing this. I like the idea above of adding more fruit or even sweeter tasting vegetables into my diet.

Hello! I am restarting again as well. I am a complete sugar addict which does not help my T2 Diabetes. I do pretty well with working out but I can't out-work a bad diet. If I want to feel good all the time the bad stuff has to go. I know when I eat healthy the aches and pains go away. It's so worth it!!

@purplefizzy where do you find all your ideas for making veggies more fun?? I am horrible at eating more vegetables and have a spouse who doesn't like change.

I dont want to spend a ton of money on something that isn't going to work. I am not sure where I could get a DEXA Scan for this type of reason but have heard it is an option.

I am also pre diabetic. I am going to focus on moving more and cutting out the refined carbs and sugary treats. I am a sweet tooth fanatic so it's gonna be tough but well worth it. Start by thinking eating "clean" no processed foods, lean cuts of meat, veggies and fruit, whole grains.
