January 27: pass. Didn't track. Ate out twice and didn't want to figure out calories and write down every single thing I ate January 28: Pass. Not a good month of January but at least I participated until the end

Exercise: Yes! 5.5 mile walk at brisk pace (I managed to walk at brisk rather than moderate pace 🤣) Calories: Yes. A bit hungry still but I'll drink more water which was my goal for today. This week I didn't drink enough Tracked: Yes. Pass Days So Far: 4/3

This is a group more than a challenge really. I totally encourage you to join. I haven't tried to win so much as I have tried to make sure I build up habits. Only 4 days this month I either ate above allowance or didn't exercise. And that's partly because I don't want to go back and post a Pass Day.

I don't even eat meat but I watch Chef John from FoodWishes.com on YouTube. He says himself people watch him for the puns rather than the cooking. And then The Great British Bake Off... Mel and Sue were gold. I guess I like cooking/comedy shows actually. Now subbing Froot Loops for Capuccino Mousse Cake? That's an…

OK. I can understand that. Yeah makes sense.

@suziecue25 I haven't watched The Pioneer Woman. But I do watch other shows with "heavy" cooking. And never make those recipes. I just like watching cooking shows lol. Honestly I still wonder what you said that had people fly off the handle. If I saw a parent smoking inside their car with a kid inside I'll think something…

If you've kept within your calories (you are précise in your logging and log everything and stay within your allowance) then you are not doing anything wrong. Just normal weight fluctuations.

@sassysmom35 I want to be you  You can almost taste Onederland Thanks for the encouragement. Next week will be better I am sure.

Oh it's just daily venting. I have lost 25 lbs since Sept. I went down to 204.6 a few days ago but I think had high sodium meals in the past couple of days. By the end of the week I'll be back on track. ETA: I eat like 55% carbs and 10% proteins so keto is definitely not for me😉

I mean I am obese and overall ate way below my maintenance. 😈☠️🤕😭. Yes I know, weight loss is not linear and all that stuff but come on! 01/26 01/27 01/28 01/29 01/30 01/31 02/01

A day late but I'd like to join. Support for next ten days can be helpful. Trying to hit Onederland. One of my friends on MFP recommended this group, so here I am. Female, 41, 5'7, 206 lbs (down 25. 70 more to go) 01/23 = 206.4 01/24 206.2 / I want a whoosh. I can't stand the almost stand still. 01/25 01/26 01/27 01/28…

@teriseaton I am learning that it's not about the exceptional days. It's about what you do regularly. I have had some days when I didn't feel like exercising or I felt like eating more than MFP set calories. But you'll also see a lot of people planning some days when they'll eat more or not exercise or not track. This…

Too true. And that's my recent NSV. I totally overate yesterday and just logged everything. At least by logging I know for sure how much I went over (and I can actually see it is not as bad as I thought)

Hey there. I'm Basilia, 41, 206 lbs, trying to lose ~70 lbs. The number is overwhelming so I am taking it in 9 lbs increments (even 10 is too much, Lol) Taking it one day at a time and trying to learn good habits. This griuoyhas been great for that. The daily exercise has been a challenge in January and a couple of days…

@craigo3154 I've been wondering where you were. Glad to know you are keeping track even when not posting. Exercised?: Yes - 60 minutes moderate pace walk. Calories?: Yes - well under since I wanted to average out yesterday. Tracked?: Yes yes yes Pass Days this month: 4.

Amazing pictures @windowqueen2003. Motivates me to go backpacking in South and Central America some day. Exercised?: Yes - 25 minutes of arms toning with Fitness Blender. Calories?: Nope. Epic fail. I bought some chocolate and chips thinking I could keep them at home for snack another day but... Note to self: don't bring…

02 Jan: 210 09 Jan: 207.2 (-2.8) 16 Jan: 205.6 (-1.8) 23/01: 206.4 (+0.8) One of those puzzling weeks where calorie goals are met, exercise done and yet the scale goes up after going down to 204.6. 30/01? 06/02? 13/02 ? This challenge is really keeping me motivated. Eye on the goal. Next week will be better.

Definitely Rick. It all adds up. I take the challenge as a way to learn new habits and live them 90% of the time. 3 pass days or less out of 30 should be doable over time as those habits become a way of life. Yes x 3 today. Woke up extra early to be able to walk 4 miles before work. Pass Days so Far: 3

I actually admire your dedication to eat something you don't like for three years just because it has fewer calories :) ETA: The whole discussion has been enlightening. I didn't know that the bar code pulled info from the database. I thought it pulled it from maybe the manufacturers' data. Also the thing about USDA entries…
