Eating more veggies and fewer bread-type carbohydrates. (I was a bread junkie!) Feeling healthier and enjoying the greater variety in my diet.

Mind if I give you a tip about the knees? I have the same issue, but the more I strengthened my thighs through specific thigh exercises the more pressure it took off my knees. I also find that curcumin and green tea are both great anti-inflammatories. I know only continued success for you as you move into the future!

Wow! Your stomach is so much flatter! And I invite you to hunker down for the long haul. I've learned keeping a food log is the only way I can keep my weight down so I now see it as a forever thing. :0)

Avocados, almonds, oranges, apples, bananas all have quite a lot of fiber and are delicious foods. You don't have to eat unfamiliar or bland tasting foods to get the nutrients you need, you just need to do a little research. [edited by MFP Mods]
