Weigh in day Friday Previous weight 184. 7 lbs Current weight 185.2 lbs I've gone up 2 weeks in a row sorry. I have not tracked my food as consistently but I have also started running more the past couple of weeks to train for a 10k race, so I am hoping some of it is muscle gain?

@chocohollic I also work in a kitchen, I wear my watch around my ankle tucked away in my sock 🙈 it is not perfect as I think it is missing some of my steps but better than nothing @BodyTalking you are an inspiration with your bike, I haven't been on one since I was a teenager but I am thinking about trying again now…

Steps challenge Total 72923 Sorry, my watch seems to be a bit unreliable, I have definitely lost 12000 steps today ☹️, Sunday so for next week's challenge (the 2.5h walk activity shows but the steps are not there anymore) my total steps for Saturday seems a bit low so it might have happened there too but I couldn't confirm

Hi all, I would like to get back to running so I thought this group might help with motivation. I might be a bit out of shape and have limited time for it, so I will set a goal of 30km for April
