I am rotating when I do strength, the only thing that overlaps occasionally is core but that is rare. Cardio is almost every day.

I go four times a week, but I think the problem is that I can't always spread my days out. For example, I went Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday at 5am (which is why I am so sore today I think). I have a foam roller and I've watched videos but still feel like I am doing it completely wrong.
